After a year of working from home more people than ever now want some form of flexibility in their working lives. Finding a way of working that allows for this flexibility but also has an office base for staff has been called 'hybrid working'.
However, there is a risk that our old beliefs around home working will come back and a two-tier system of work will be created - those in the office and those outside it. If we want to avoid this we need to carefully plan a hybrid working strategy and map out how we will deal with the difficulties that arise from it.
This e-learning module looks at the creation of a hybrid working structure and the impact it has on managers and teams. It offers best practice examples of hybrid working and questions to think about when leading a hybrid team. By the end of it you should be able to put your fears around hybrid working to one side and be able to do your best work, no matter where you are.

- Understand what your team needs to stay productive and engaged, no matter where they are.
