We believe new leadership skills are required to lead more diverse and inclusive teams.  We cannot harness the power of diversity unless people can show up as themselves. As leaders, we can transform our business by enabling people to bring their full selves in to work.  

Permission to be who you are comes from the top down so in the very first instance we, as leaders, need to have clarity on who we are and who we are not.  A and be courageous in owning that.  Currently we are not We are not used, or skilled and equipped, to lead teams who do show up bravely and authentically - but and these skills can be taught.  

Just wanted to thank you again for a really inspiring 2 days - loved every minute of it and you were just perfect.  I came away from the course believing not only in myself a lot more but feeling very privileged to have spent 2 days with such a wonderful group of women who totally kick ass!

Roxanne created an incredible safe space, she knows the material, can judge the room to see what format we should use depending on the topic. For example, deciding which videos to use and which to not - the balance was spot on. Roxanne walks the walk, she lives everything she taught us and it’s inspiring and encouraging.
