“I was invited to see Brené speak at Conway Hall in 2012 as a wedding present. It was rather a strange wedding present as it was only for me and I hadn't heard of her at all. I experienced a Sliding Doors moment where my life really did take a different direction on account of having seen her. It was like she was making sense of all of the crazy thoughts that had been going on in my mind, plus it was all backed up with research!

As soon as I could, I was on a plane to Texas to get certified in her work and it's fair to say her work is now in my bones and informs everything that I do - at work and at home. For me, Brené's work is about understanding humanity. We all want to be brave and her research shines a light on all that gets in the way of that. I am now certified to deliver Rising Strong, Daring Greatly™, Dare to Lead™ and BOLD. We have 4 certified facilitators in the coaching team, and I am the Daring Greatly Europe, Africa and Middle East community lead.
